myMOVIE.GURU works on IOS and Android.



Why do I need to give permission to access camera, microphone and gallery at the installation?

The app needs access to camera and microphone on your smartphone for the production of the MMGs.
The access to your gallery is needed, because myMOVIE.GURU saves the processed MMGs there for you.


Is my stated email-address my username?


Please log in with the username you chose.

Why do I need to verify my email-address?

After you verified your email-address, exklusive content is activated.

The verification won't be necessary in case you log in via Facebook.


Where are the finished MMG-videos saved?

Apart from the fact the finished MMGs are saved into the gallery of your phone, there is an in-app-gallery.
There you find the editable MMGs, as well as the unfinished and those, which were sent to you via the app.

Is my input buffered in the template?

The progress is automatically saves in the templates. (video sequences)

Form inputs are saved as soon as you click NEXT at the end of the form.

In the gallery you can see your progress and - by clicking on the video-thumbnail - you continue working on your MMG, or process it.

Do I need to film the whole video-element at once?

In the template area (tailored video-templates) the duration of a sequence is fixed.

In the free filming area you can film as much as you want and add animated intors, outros, static overlays, animated emotimoves, sounds and filters.

In the preset area you can film as much as you want using included intro-animations and pre-designed effects, overlays and outro-images.
The app crashes while filming. Why?

Make sure you gave the app the needed permissions. If not we ask to reinstall the app and grant those permissions. 

Can I use my account on different devices?

Of course. Although the cached video-templates are saved locally on your device. Therefore they won't be accessable on a new device. 

I forgot my password! What do I do?
